initially i thought,
*inject enthusiasm*
“OKAY! lets blog bout all the interesting things that happened to me in 2008!”
you know, the whole picture and commentary thingie
….. but then i realized that just about every other person did that already
-.-”
sien~
SO, instead of going thru one by one, i’ll just short cut it as my own personal memorial
what a year 2008 was…
lasted an entire reality show without going cockoo which i think is a pretty awesome achievement if you do not agree go give it a try. had my first solo performance with djs which kicked start my career as a dj-percussionist. chopped ALL MY HAIR SHORT in a whimp just cos i wanted change. spent the most on my hair in a year. first tattoo more to come. penang world music festival!. Rock Up! 08. got my first passport. went to singapore for half a day as my first out-of-the-country experience. cambodia first time. kishan left. linda left. cambodia second time. photography with an actual dslr. stinky my first real actual serious bf whom i love and adore to bits bits. getting dressed up by a designer and hair styled by a celebrity hairstylist all just for a small short performance. ipod nano 4th gen.
not such a bad year..
of course there were heaps of other small events happening in between.
lessons i learnt in 2008
nothing is certain even when its on black and white because apparently ink gets watered away computers crash and papers burn. learn to trust people you dont know and learn to not trust people you know. life as a young adult sucks. jackasses are everywhere especially on the internet so just ignore and pity them for having no balls. maintaining a committed relationship is hard work but also absolutely rewarding. PCs SUCK big time royal ass it aint even funny. people really disappoint but occasionally they aint all that bad. forgiving and moving on is an essential part of life no matter how hard it is to forgive. people in big cities are selfish. people in absolutely poor war-torn countries are simple yet happy and contented and grateful. dreams are powerful for they can change the world. chopping all my hair short was super liberating. no matter how much liberation it would be to tell someone to ’suck it’ you’re a way better person for keeping the trap shut cos there’s something called karma and they should learn it the hard way padan muka nyek nyek nyek. be grateful. i need absolute silence to think straight.
i’m pretty sure i’ve learnt more but the tv is way too distracting hahaha..
anyways, i’ve got goals i want to achieve and things i need to do by the end of 2009
and i’m STICKING TO THEM!
